LOVE GURU!!! Justin Timberlake est un Québécois!!!

Hilarant,

Mélanie et moi avons eu la chance de visionner The Love Guru. Je l'ai téléchargé en toute inégalité d'un site car nous n'aurions pas eu la chance de voir cette comédie, puisque, comme nombreux films, il est banni de l'Inde. Le monde n'a vraiment plus le sens de l'humour.


Mais le meilleur dans le film c'est que le fabuleux Justin Timberlake, super popstar devenu acteur, exerce des rôles de plus en plus différents et je dois avouer que malgré sont passé, il est très drôle et j'aime bien ce qu'il fait.

Dans le The Love Guru, il joue Jacques ''Le Coq'' Grande, surnommé Big Coq lol. Il joue le rôle d'un gardien de but Frenchie-Canadian, arborant une superbe moustache et qui trippe sur Céline Dion!!!! On l'entend même lâcher un ou deux Tabarnak dans le film. C’est quand même un beau clin d’œil de la part de Mike Myers.

Je ne vous relaterez pas la controverse, il y eu assez de pages web gaspillées à ce sujet. Par contre, j'aimerais quand même préciser que Mike Myers est un Canadien de souche qui aime les québécois et fait la promotion de notre pays partout ou il va.

Myers est souvent prit pour un Américain comme la plupart de Canadien connus dans le monde. Compte tenu de l’étendue de la population Canadienne, mentionnons que nous sommes une MACHINE à production de stars de qualité.

Juste pour vous rafraichir la mémoire, voici des Canadiens qui fait ou ont fait bouger le Monde :

A 72-Year-Old Indian Woman Gives Birth to Twins :

A 72-year-old woman who has two children and five grandchildren has given birth to twins, making her the world's oldest mother.

Omkari Panwar delivered twins, a boy and a girl, by Caesarean section last week. "I am very happy," Charam Singh, 75, the father of the twins, told ABC News through an interpreter.

Singh was reluctant to speak because he has received negative publicity for his wife's having children at such an advanced age. Even many people of his village in India's state of Uttar Pradesh haven't supported the decision. Still, he and his wife are happy.

"The desire for a male child has always been there, but God did not bless us with a male child," he said of the son who is a product of in vitro fertilization. "Now, we are very grateful to God, who has answered our prayers."

Panwar, also known as Rajkali, and her husband, a retired farmer, were desperate to have a male heir. Boys are highly valued in India, particularly in rural areas. Traditionally, many Hindus believe that death rites must be performed by the closest male relatives, making the need for a male heir especially important. In addition, although the dowry system is officially banned in India, many Indians still practice it, making daughters a more expensive proposition. In India, it's common to abort female fetuses, although it is illegal for doctors to reveal the sex of a fetus to pregnant parents. In some Indian states where female abortion rates are high, the government will pay parents to raise and educate daughters to create a more balanced male-to-female ratio.

The septuagenarian couple spent their life savings and took out a loan from the bank for Panwar to undergo in vitro treatments. For the couple, the desire to have a son was most important because they wanted to carry on the family name. They know that their son may never be able to care for them in the traditional way because of the age gap.

Panwar had a difficult pregnancy. Singh said that he never thought his wife would make it through the pregnancy and that the in vitro treatments were painful. But she survived.

In India, it's common to abort female fetuses, although it is illegal for doctors to reveal the sex of a fetus to pregnant parents. In some Indian states where female abortion rates are high, the government will pay parents to raise and educate daughters to create a more balanced male-to-female ratio.

"It is a miracle," he said. "Now, she is very happy."

The frail woman was in serious condition when she arrived at the hospital. Her blood pressure was high and she was bleeding.

"I arranged to have blood transfusions and made lots of preparations to save her babies and her life," said Dr. Nisha Malik, who performed the emergency Caesarean section.

Malik told ABC News that Panwar had a difficult pregnancy, suffering from back pain and was on bed rest for eight months. She said that Panwar looked about 65 years old. "I was really shocked," Malik said of hearing that Panwar was older, a fact based on the woman's own estimates as she doesn't have a birth certificate.

Although the babies were born a month premature and had a low birth weight, the twins' doctor at Sushila Jaswant rai Hospital located near New Delhi told ABC News that the babies are doing well.

Manali : Kasol Jour 6-7

Manali n'est pas très grand; on y fait le tour en quelques jours, donc on jette un coup d'œil à la carte et all bets are off: Kasol. Le truc avec la carte c'est que tout semble très prêt. Pour aller faire du rafting nous avons été à Kulu, 40 km de Manali....1h30 de voyage, ouch. Nous n'apprenons pas de nos erreurs et nous partons en fin d'après-midi pour le village de Kasol, perché très haut parmi les pins et les cèdres. Il fait nuit très vite et nous amorçons l'ascension après 1h de montée, nous pouvons toujours entendre le flot torrentiel de la rivière qui se déchaine beaucoup plus bas. La visibilité est nulle et la route désastreusement étroite, pas besoin de vous dire que nous étions tous très heureux d'atteindre le sommet.

Kasol: Minuscule village touristique bondé d’israéliens. Au fait, les Israéliens sont réputés pour venir en Inde et s’en péter toute une. Chaque personne qu’on rencontre a la même histoire; après leur service militaire obligatoire et le traitement qu’ils reçoivent, l’Inde est un refuge pour devenir Hippie, consommer des tonnes de drogues et boire à sa soif pour pas beaucoup d’argent. Bref, c’est Jewish Land. Ce qui n’empêche pas de faire ce que vous avez à faire.

Kasol est magnifique et beaucoup plus intéressant que Manali ou Kulu. C’est haut, c’est beau et……..il n’y a aucun bruit! Quelle rareté en Inde, un luxe qu’on oubli.

On s’est donc lâcher lousse dans l’air des montagnes et avons visité les villages voisins. Très relaxant et fortement recommander pour quelques jours..
